We hired him to dig a trench from our home to a garage/pool house for a bathroom, a job that required cutting through the pool house foundation while maintaining the proper pitch. Several plumbers thought it might be too difficult, but Zack absolutely nailed it. Professional, friendly, and thorough, he kept us updated with photos and videos while we were away. He jokingly called the process “organized chaos,” and that’s exactly what it was, busy on the surface, but handled with total precision. I can’t recommend Zack highly enough.
